PLP welcomes comments and questions from users of InterModeller.
By far the best way to contact us is by email. Details of the host computer hardware, operating system and InterModeller version should be provided. To identify the InterModeller version, select the Help/About InterModeller command. Screen dumps can be attached to email messages to give us useful information. Ideally, a simple InterModeller file should be presented which reliably reproduces the problem.
Bug reports should be clear, concise, and unambiguous, so as to maximise the chance of the problem being reproducible by our technical experts. Here is an example of a good problem report.
