PLP's Mission
PLP was formed in January 1989. We designed, developed and marketed innovative software applications particularly for education and training.PLP ceased trading at the end of 2014 and was dissolved in October 2015.
Directors
PLP was created by Steve Gregory and Tom Conlon, both logic programming specialists. Steve Gregory holds BSc and PhD degrees in Computer Science. Tom Conlon held a BSc in Mathematics, MSc in Computer Science, and PhD in Artificial Intelligence. Following Tom's death in December 2008, he was replaced as director by Jean Casey.
MacParlog and PC-Parlog
The company's first products were MacParlog and PC-Parlog, development tools for Parlog, the revolutionary concurrent logic programming language.
